1. Buying a watch
By placing an order you confirm you're 18 or older and authorized to use the payment method. Prices are in your selected currency at the time of order; we lock the rate at checkout.
2. Shipping & delivery
We ship from Porto by DHL Express. Free over $200, $12 below. Customs duties on non-EU deliveries are your responsibility. We'll provide a commercial invoice.
3. Returns
30-day window from delivery. Watch must be unworn, in original case, with caseback sticker intact. Full refund within 5–7 business days of receipt. See returns policy.
4. Warranty
Movement and case: 2 years from purchase. Strap: 1 year. Covers manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, water damage beyond rated depth, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty. See warranty registration.

6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the watch. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use any product purchased from us.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes resolve in the courts of Porto, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
