1. What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and payment information. The payment information itself is processed by Stripe — we only see the last four digits and the brand of the card.
When you browse, we collect anonymous analytics: page views, session length, and what you click. We don't tie this to your identity unless you sign in.
2. Why we collect it
To ship watches, to email order updates, to answer support questions, and to make the site better. That's it.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't share your information with affiliates, because we don't have affiliates.
4. Your rights
Under GDPR (and equivalent laws), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. You may also object to processing or request restriction. Use the form below or write to legal@chron.watches and we'll respond within 30 days.
5. Data subject access requests
To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email legal@chron.watches with the subject line "Data Request" and include the email address associated with your order. We'll send a full data export within 30 days, or confirm deletion (excluding data we're legally required to keep for tax purposes).
6. Cookies
We use a small set of essential cookies for cart and session. Optional analytics cookies are off by default — you opt in via the banner. See our cookies page for the full list. You can reopen the cookie preferences panel at any time using the button in the sidebar.
7. Updates
If we change anything material, we'll email registered customers and post a notice on the homepage for 30 days. The current version is always at this URL.
